Welcome to another booklet full, of gold. I thought I would create another journal to ground yourself. This is another way I keep myself grounded and focused at least weekly. This is a great way to write and get in touch with your senses. I thought this would be a great little journal you can use for your personal use.When we ground ourselves we feel less anxious and less depressed.


The Earth is like a gigantic battery that contains a natural, subtle electrical charge—a special kind of energy present in the ground. For safety and stability, most everything in the electrical world is connected to it, whether it is an electric power plant or your refrigerator. That’s what the term “grounded” means.

Being grounded also applies to people. When you are electrically grounded, you feel:

  • Centered
  • Solid
  • Strong
  • Balanced
  • Less tense
  • Less stressed

Overall, you feel good. If you have pain, you have less of it, or maybe none at all, when grounded.


So, take the time to use this booklet however you like, whether you want to use this daily or whether you want to use it weekly. I have added 52 pages for the 52 weeks of the year, to get you grounding yourself once a week, here for you to check in with your senses and create a world of you becoming more self-aware and more grounded to you. I just love this activity as it is fun and easy to do, all it takes is less than 2 mins to do!
