Welcome to another booklet full, of gold. I have created another 52 week journal. This is a great way to write and get in touch with your senses. I thought this would be a great little ebook journal you can print out and use for your personal use. You can also set your intentions for the week too. A great way to plan and be connected to yourself and BE at one with YOU!

When we ground ourselve we feel less anxious and less depressed.
So, take the time to use this booklet however you like, whether you want to use this daily or whether you want to use it weekly. I just love this activity as it is fun and easy to do, all it takes is less than 2 mins to do!
