Welcome to another booklet full, of gold. I thought I would a short one this time with some ways to ground yourself. This is a great way to write and get in touch with your senses. I thought this would be a great little ebook journal you can print out and use for your personal use.
When we ground ourselve we feel less anxious and less depressed.
So, take the time to use this booklet however you like, whether you want to use this daily or whether you want to use it weekly. I have added 30 days here for you to check in with your senses and create a world of you becoming more self-aware and more grounded to you. I just love this activity as it is fun and easy to do, all it takes is less than 2 mins to do!
