Take a look on the next few pages and take the time to look at dimension of your life and work through the wheel of Self-Care and then work through aspects of your life to identify what your current practices are and what new practices you are going to start. When you identify new strategies, you continue that ongoing self-care for yourself. Pay attention to those areas that are lacking.
